UK Work Permit Rules
for EEA Nationals
European Community law gives EEA nationals
a right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
An EEA national has a right of residence
in the United Kingdom if they are:
in the United Kingdom
not work in the United Kingdom but have enough money to support
themselves without help from public funds.
It is important to be aware that
non-EEA family members must get an EEA family permit before
they travel to the United Kingdom.
It may be helpful for an EEA national
to apply for a residence document following arrival in the UK.
